What the site collects
The pages themselves collect nothing. There is no contact form, no account, no newsletter, no comment section and no advertising. The site is a set of static pages. The one exception is the booking calendar on the Book a call page, which is a Google service: see the next sections.
Audience measurement
Page views are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookie and no persistent identifier. It reports how many people opened a page, not who they are. No profile is built and nothing is sold or shared with an advertising network.
If you write or book a call
Booking a call collects your name, your email address and your answers to the booking questions. The calendar on the Book a call page is served by Google, which may set its own cookies when it loads; Google's privacy policy applies to that frame. Emails and bookings arrive in Google Workspace and are kept there as ordinary business correspondence, for as long as the business relationship requires, then deleted. They are used to answer you and to run the engagement that may follow, nothing else. Google may store and process them outside Quebec, including in the United States.
Hosting
The pages are served by Cloudflare, which records the technical data needed to deliver them and to block abuse, and may do so outside Quebec. Those records belong to Cloudflare and follow its own retention policy. Project pages show a few images hosted by GitHub and shields.io; your browser loads them directly from those services.
Your rights
Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, amended by Law 25, gives you the right to ask what information is held about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Write to the address on the Contact page and you will get an answer within thirty days.
