AI agents inside enterprise systems. Oracle AI Agent Studio or a custom stack (Claude, MCP, retrieval-augmented generation): scoping, design, configuration, guardrails, testing, and the integration and permissions work that decides whether an agent ships. During an Oracle HCM implementation, I rebuilt and extended an Agent Studio pipeline for candidate communications: bilingual routing, custom fallback agents, retrieval over the client's knowledge bases. Designed, configured and tested end to end; fully functional.

How I work
Remote across North America, on Eastern Time, with occasional travel for a kick-off or acceptance testing. English and French. Open to consulting mandates and to permanent roles: the shape of the work is agreed with each client. For a mandate, the scope is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
